Management Console

This document introduces the functions and main operation procedures of the Intelligent Guidance management console., helping organizations efficiently complete department and doctor info maintenance, patient guidance rule configuration, QA content management, and report statistics to achieve scientific and professional Intelligent Guidance service.This article introduces the functions and main operation procedures of the Intelligent Triage Admin Console. It helps institutions efficiently complete department/doctor information maintenance, triage rule configuration, Q&A content management, and data report statistics, enabling scientific and professional intelligent triage services.

Preparation

The Intelligent Guidance management console account activated.
For hospital/institution administrator accounts: Please contact the staff to activate the account in the backend.
For regular user accounts: Please contact the administrator of your affiliated institution to activate the account.
Access the Intelligent Guidance login page normally.
Note:
Some operations in function modules require corresponding permissions. If you lack sufficient permissions, contact the institution supervisor.
The platform supports multi-role and hierarchical permission management to ensure data security and operational compliance.

Operation Steps

1. Log in to the management console, open the Intelligent Guidance login page, enter the Activated account and verification code, and access the system.
Note:
If you are unable to log in, please confirm your account status or contact administrator for assistance.
2. Intelligent Guidance assistant module operations. Once logged in successfully, select Intelligent Guidance Assistant from the system menu and perform the following operations:
Department annotation: In the department annotation module, admins can add, edit, and maintain department information of this institution to optimize hospital department structure.
Doctor annotation: In the doctor annotation module, admins can add and maintain doctor information, including entering their professional field and areas of expertise.
Questionnaire management: In the questionnaire module, admins can customize and configure patient guidance follow-up questionnaire content, optimize the inquiry process, and provide patients with a more scientific inquiry experience.
Guidance data report: In the data report module, admins can view patient guidance service statistics in real time, including inquiry traffic, department distribution, and service quality, to assist in operational decision-making.
Account management: In the account management module, admins can add, edit, and delete platform accounts, and flexibly allocate personnel permissions.
3. Medical QA Assistant module operations. Select Medical QA Assistant from the system menu and perform the following operations:
QA library management: Admins can maintain standard Q&A content in the QA library management module, edit, add, and classify common issues and high-frequency patient questions.
Unknown Q&A Management: Admins can view uncollected questions raised by users in the Unknown Q&A Management module, promptly add additional information, continue to enrich the knowledge base, and enhance QA coverage.
Q&A data Statistics: Admins can view and analyze service-related data in the data statistics module (to track user activity and service effectiveness, and continuously optimize system functions).
Account Management: Support adding, editing, and deleting accounts in the Q&A assistant module to ensure system security and standard operations.

Patient Terminal

Through the page entrance after deployment and distribution, users can directly access the Intelligent Guidance patient termnal and initiate a session.
