Management Console

Overview

The management console is the backend management platform for intelligent patient guidance. The intelligent guidance assistant backend supports department and doctor information annotation, inquiry and follow-up questionnaire configuration, as well as patient guidance process data statistics and report generation. Managers can flexibly maintain guidance rules, optimize the model inquiry process, and implement personalized and scientific guidance services through the management console. The medical Q&A assistant backend supports Q&A database, unknown Q&A, and popular science article management, and provides Q&A data statistics analysis functionality, making it easy to efficiently maintain Q&A content, optimize knowledge updates, and precisely analyze Q&A service effectiveness.

Registration and Login

Registration

For hospital/institution administrator accounts: Please contact the staff to activate the account in the backend. For regular user accounts: Please contact the administrator of your affiliated institution to activate the account.

Log in.

Intelligent Guidance provides account selection for login. Enter the Activated account and verification code to access the system.

Intelligent Guidance Assistant

Department annotation: Admins can maintain and manage hospital department information.
Doctor annotation: Admins can maintain and annotate doctor information, refine professional field and areas of expertise.
Questionnaire management: Admins can customize and configure inquiry follow-up questionnaire content to optimize the large model inquiry process.
Guidance data report: Admins can view and analyze related data in real time during the process.
Account management: Admins can manage the organization's accounts, support adding, editing, and deletion.

Medical QA Assistant

Q&A library management: Admins can maintain standard Q&A content, edit, add, and categorize common issues.
Unknown Q&A management: Admins can view unknown questions raised by users, supplement content, reply, and refine the knowledge base.
Q&A data statistics: Admins can view and analyze service-related data in the data statistics module (to track user activity and service effectiveness, and continuously optimize system functions).
Account management: Admins can manage the organization's accounts, support adding, editing, and deletion.

Patient Terminal

After deployment, users can directly access the Intelligent Guidance patient termnal and initiate a session.
