Billing Overview
This product uses the prepaid model, consisting of AI platform software (subscription), AI resource package, and service fee.
You can log in to the Intelligent Pre-Consultation purchase page and select AI Platform Software (Subscription) resources to purchase. After purchase completion, the related software feature license will be enabled for the corresponding organization account within 24 hours.
You can also log in to the Intelligent Pre-Consultation purchase page and select AI Resource Package to purchase. After purchase completion, the AI resources will be topped up to your platform account within 24 hours.
You can also log in to the Intelligent Pre-Consultation purchase page and select service to purchase.

AI Platform Software (Subscription) Cost
For the software features used by users in Intelligent Pre-Consultation (IPC), the specific details are as follows:
All cloud software features are enabled per institution.
Make selections based on your needs: pre-consultation assistant, pre-visit health checkup assistant, health analysis summary, health checkup report recommendation, health checkup report summary. All cloud software features are enabled per institution.
After purchase and activation, it can be used on the cloud within the valid period.
After purchase completion, you can view the activated software features of the current organization in platform management.
Billing rules:
Validity period: authorize by subscription duration.
Minimum Purchase Unit: Complete set (cannot be split);
Features Sales features: pre-consultation assistant, pre-visit health checkup assistant, health analysis summary, health checkup report recommendation, health checkup report summary.
AI Resource Package Fee
For the health check package knowledge customization in IPC, a usage-based purchase method is provided. The specific details are as follows:
During the validity period, resources can be purchased in a stacked manner, and those about to expire will be preferentially deducted.
After purchase completion, you can view the purchase date, validity time, and renewal records of the current account in platform management.

Service Fee

Software Order Guide
1. Log in to the IPC purchase page to place an order online.
2. Select the software function authorization to activate based on business needs: pre-consultation assistant, pre-visit health checkup assistant, health analysis summary, health checkup report recommendation, health checkup report summary.
3. After checking the service terms, click Purchase Now to jump to the order confirmation page.
4. After verifying the order is correct, click Pay Now to complete the payment.
5. After placing an order, you can view the software feature authorization status in the IPC management console.
AI Resource Package Guide
1. Log in to the IPC purchase page to place an order online.
2. Select the software function authorization to activate based on business needs: health check package knowledge customization. Choose the Purchased Duration of resources, which supports monthly purchase.
3. After checking the service terms, click Purchase Now to jump to the order confirmation page.
4. After verifying the order is correct, click Pay Now to complete the payment.
5. After placing an order, you can view the latest resources in the IPC management console.

Arrears, Renewal and Refund Instructions
Arrears Payments
Arrears alert: When the validity period of the enabled pre-consultation assistant, pre-visit health checkup assistant, health analysis summary, health checkup report recommendation, health checkup report summary for a platform account is not sufficient, the system will send an arrear reminder notification to the business platform and management platform.
Service suspension policy: To minimize the impact of arrears on business, the service will be disabled 24 hours after arrear occur. At that time, users cannot access the patient end, while the management console can still view historical data.
Restoration policy: When the account is topped up with sufficient resources, the arrears will be first deducted. If resources are sufficient, the software functions will be restored automatically.
Renewal Instructions
With the prepaid model, users can renew the original order or place a new order on the official website and then contact sales.
Refund Instructions
This product uses the prepaid model. The software License is topped up after purchase. Refund not supported.
