Feature Description

This parameter is used to set the maximum threshold for the duration of Raft leader transition (including the time for new leader election and leadership transfer), measured in milliseconds.
When this threshold is exceeded, the operation is deemed abnormally time-consuming. The mysql status metric tdstore_transfer_leader_raft_cost_exception_count will be incremented and reported to the TDSQL Boundless console for display.
