Overdue Payment Alarms

When your account incurs overdue payments, the system notifies the creator of the Tencent Cloud account, as well as global resource collaborators and financial collaborators, via email and SMS.

Processing for Overdue Payments

1. Within 7 days (168 hours) after your account incurs overdue payments, the managed storage service of the multimodal intelligent data lake TCLake (including managed tables, volumes, and models, hereinafter referred to as the "managed storage service") remains available. You must top up your account in a timely manner during this period to ensure your account balance is greater than or equal to 0, thereby avoiding any impact on your business operations.
2. 7 days (168 hours) after your account incurs overdue payments, resources will be isolated, the managed storage service will stop running, and data will become unreadable and unwritable. However, the storage space occupied by your data will continue to be billed, and the overdue payment amount will accumulate until the data is destroyed. After you top up your account to bring the balance to greater than or equal to 0, the service will be automatically restored.
3. If your account remains overdue for 15 consecutive days, the resources will be destroyed. This will be considered as your voluntary abandonment of the data in TCLake managed storage. Tencent Cloud does not commit to retaining your data. Your data will be destroyed and cannot be recovered.
