Gateway / Access Mode Types | Note |
Public Cloud Gateway | An aggregation gateway deployed in Tencent Cloud IDC (globally distributed with 30+ nodes). Terminals (clients) automatically connect to the nearest access point. |
Customer-Owned Gateway | An aggregation gateway deployed in the customer’s data center or on a third-party cloud. The customer provides the underlying resources, and it is centrally managed under Tencent Mobile Network Acceleration. |
Two-Party Access Mode | The customer directly integrates the SDK on the device side to achieve acceleration. Tencent Cloud is the service provider, and the customer is the service recipient. Most customers adopt this mode. |
hree-Party Access Mode | The customer purchases devices with multi-network acceleration capabilities from a device vendor, and purchases the Tencent Mobile Network Acceleration software from Tencent Cloud. This involves three parties—Tencent Cloud, the customer, and the device vendor—and is referred to as the Three-Party Access Mode. |
