Domain name for API request: vpc.intl.tencentcloudapi.com.
This API is used to create a CCN instance.
A maximum of 100 requests can be initiated per second for this API.
The following request parameter list only provides API request parameters and some common parameters. For the complete common parameter list, see Common Request Parameters.

| Version | Yes | String | Common Params. The value used for this API: 2017-03-12. |
| Region | Yes | String | Common Params. For more information, please see the list of regions supported by the product. |
| CcnName | Yes | String | The name of the CCN. The maximum length is 60 characters. |
| CcnDescription | No | String | The description of the CCN. The maximum length is 100 characters. |
| QosLevel | No | String | CCN service quality, 'PT': Platinum, 'AU': Gold, 'AG': Silver. The default is 'AU'. |
| InstanceChargeType | No | String | The billing method. POSTPAID: postpaid by traffic. Default: POSTPAID. |
| BandwidthLimitType | No | String | The bandwidth limit type. Valid values: OUTER_REGION_LIMIT: region outbound bandwidth limit; INTER_REGION_LIMIT: inter-region bandwidth limit. Default value: OUTER_REGION_LIMIT. Monthly-subscribed CCN instances only support inter-region bandwidth limit, while pay-as-you-go CCN instances support the both bandwidth limit types. |

| LimitExceeded.TagTagsExceeded | Reached the number limit of tag keys. |
| MissingParameter | Missing parameter. |
| UnauthorizedOperation.NoRealNameAuthentication | Identity verification has not been completed for the account. |
| UnsupportedOperation | Unsupported operation. |
| UnsupportedOperation.InsufficientFunds | Insufficient account balance. |
| UnsupportedOperation.PrepaidCcnOnlySupportInterRegionLimit | The monthly subscription CCN instance only supports the inter-region bandwidth limit. |
| UnsupportedOperation.TagAllocate | Tags are being assigned. |
| UnsupportedOperation.TagFree | Tags are being released. |
| UnsupportedOperation.TagNotPermit | Unauthorized for this tag. |
| UnsupportedOperation.TagSystemReservedTagKey | The specified tag key is reserved for system usage. |
| UnsupportedOperation.UserAndCcnChargeTypeNotMatch | The selected CCN instance cannot be created because the payment type is not supported. |
