Scenarios
You can download log files locally to analyze and compare the log data on your own device. This helps users quickly diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring stable system operation.
Operation Steps
Note:
Each download operation supports up to 50,000 log entries.
1. Log in to the TencentDB for MongoDB console.
2. In the left sidebar, expand the MongoDB dropdown list and select either Replica Set Instance or Shard Instance. The operations for replica set instances and sharded instances are similar.
3. Select a region at the top of the instance list page on the right.
4. Locate the target instance in the instance list.
5. Click the Target Instance ID to go to the Instance Details page.
6. Select the Log Management tab and download slow logs or error logs as needed.
Download slow logs: On the Slow Log Query tab, select Query details under Query Method, set the query command, time range, and execution duration. Click Download to download slow logs within the specified time range.

Download error logs: On the Error Log tab, click Download to download error logs within the specified time range.

7. Switch to the Log Download List tab to view the generated log files, as shown below. Click public network download to download the log file locally for viewing and analysis.
