This article describes how to get started with Terminal Performance Monitoring Pro (RUM Pro).

Step 1: Creating a Business System

1. Log in to the TCOP console.
2. In the left sidebar, choose Terminal Performance Monitoring Pro > Resource Management.
3. On the Business System tab of the Resource Management page, click Create business system. Enter the business system name in the pop-up dialog box, and select the agreements.

Step 2: Integrating an Application

1. In the left sidebar, choose Terminal Performance Monitoring Pro > Application List.
2. On the Application List page, click Create Application, and configure the application information according to the following table.
Configuration Item
Description
Access Platform
Supports Android, iOS, Harmony, Flutter, Windows, and Electron applications.
Product Name
Enter a custom application name to help identify the application on the RUM Pro platform.
Associated Business System
This feature is used to categorize and manage your connected applications. You can categorize applications based on conditions such as development team, business logic, and application type. If no team is available, you can click Create a new business system below. You will be redirected to the Business System tab of the Resource Management page, and the Create Business System window will open. Enter the information, and click OK to create one.
Product Type
Select software or game to help you distinguish the purpose of the application.
Product Description
This feature is used to describe additional application information for easier management.
3. After configuration, click Submit to complete the initial application integration process, or click Integration Guide in the top banner of the page to view the integration configuration details for Android, iOS, Harmony, Flutter, Windows, and Electron applications.
Note
After completing the above integration steps, you can use the analysis feature for issues such as crash, freeze, ANR, error, drop, launch, and network performance. To use crash, freeze, ANR, error, jank, startup, network, and other features, you need to report data by following the instructions in the Integration Guide.

Step 3: Viewing Monitoring Data

After the application is successfully integrated and data has been reported, you can go to the RUM Pro console to view monitoring data such as crash, ANR, and network performance data.
