Feature Overview
AI Exploration is the intelligent conversational entry point of the AI Workbench, offering two interaction modes: preset Ops scenarios and free-form questioning. You can obtain in-depth analysis results with one click via preset scenarios, or describe any Ops issue in natural language for conversational analysis.
Note:
AI Workbench is currently an allowlist feature. If needed, you can submit a ticket to contact us for activation. Prerequisites
Before using this feature, you must complete the following tasks:
Complete service authorization.
When you use the AI Workbench for the first time, an operation page is presented as a pop-up window for both items. You can simply follow the prompts in the pop-up window to proceed. No confirmation is required for subsequent uses.
Operation Steps
Log in to TCOP, choose AI Workbench > AI Exploration in the left sidebar, and then you can ask questions on the AI Exploration page. The page supports the following two question methods. Method 1: Using a Preset Scenario
AI Exploration preconfigures multiple typical Ops scenarios that have been validated in practice. They are displayed in groups by category, allowing you to obtain professional insights with one click.
1. In the scenario classification Tags in the middle of the page, select the target category. Supported categories include All, Alerts, Troubleshooting, Inspection, and Logs.
2. Click the target preset scenario card, and the system automatically initiates analysis and returns results. The preset scenarios are categorized as follows:
|
Alerts | Alarm History Analysis | Identifies high-frequency alarm issues, performs in-depth root cause analysis, and provides handling recommendations. |
Troubleshooting | Application Exception Analysis | Analyzes the cause of exceptions for interfaces with high error rates by combining trace and log data. |
Inspection | Container Health Check | Checks container health metrics such as CPU, memory, and restarts via Prometheus monitoring, identifies abnormal containers, and analyzes potential risks. |
Logs | Log Fluctuation Analysis | Analyzes the trend of log volume changes, identifies periods of abnormal spikes, and analyzes the cause of fluctuations in context. |
Method 2: Free-form Questioning
When preset scenarios cannot meet your needs, you can freely ask questions by describing any Ops issue in natural language in the input box at the bottom of the page.
1. In the input box at the bottom of the page, enter the Ops issue you want to consult about.
2. Click the Send button or press the Enter key to submit your question.
3. The system automatically schedules appropriate Skill capabilities for analysis and returns the analysis results in a streaming manner.
Note:
Free-form question results have greater uncertainty compared to preset scenarios. It is recommended to prioritize using preset scenarios to obtain more precise analysis.
Note:
If you have configured a digital persona, a green banner is displayed at the top right of the page with the message "You have configured X SRE Agents. It is recommended to use SRE Agents for more precise exploration". Click Chat with SRE Agent on the right side of the banner to jump to the Work Panel, where you can select a target digital persona to start a conversation.
If you have not created a digital persona, go to the SRE Agent page to create one. For detailed steps on creating a digital persona, see SRE Agent Management. Conversation History
All conversation records are automatically saved. You can view and resume historical sessions at any time. Click Cnversation history in the upper-left corner of the page content area, and then view or resume historical conversations in the pop-up session list.
