Global SMS Refund Policy
Refund Rules
Package balances can be refunded at any time. Refund amounts will be returned to your Tencent Cloud account balance.
If the package is unused, the full purchase amount will be refunded. If the package has been used, the remaining balance will be refunded (Refund Amount = Remaining Package Balance).
Tencent Cloud reserves the right to reject refund requests in cases of suspected abnormal or malicious refund behavior.
If you violate the terms of the Service Agreement, Tencent Cloud may suspend or terminate services. No refunds will be granted for purchased packages (used or unused).
Refund Process
Log in to the SMS Console > Package Management > Global SMS, then click Refund in the Actions column.
