Notice on Discontinuing the Sale of TencentDB for PostgreSQL 10 Soon

The sale of TencentDB for PostgreSQL 10 will be discontinued as of December 1, 2024. Historical PostgreSQL 10 instances will only obtain product technical support service. For more information on the lifecycle of TencentDB for PostgreSQL instances, refer to Large version lifecycle description.

Impact

Customers will not be able to create PostgreSQL 10 instances directly through the TencentCloud API and the TencentDB for PostgreSQL console.
Historical instances will only obtain product technical support service and no longer obtain kernel version updates.

Suggestions

It is recommended to purchase a later version of TencentDB for PostgreSQL instances through the TencentDB for PostgreSQL console or the TencentCloud API.
For current PostgreSQL 10 instances in use, it is recommended to upgrade them to a later version as soon as possible. For more kernel information, refer to Kernel Version Release Notes. For upgrade instructions, refer to Upgrade the Major Version of the Database.
