Overdue Payment Policy
If your Tencent Cloud account becomes overdue, you will receive notifications through SMS, email, etc. A 2-hour grace period is provided, during which you can still use the GAAP service. GAAP service is suspended if the payment is not made within the grace period.
Overdue
GAAP is a pay-as-you-go service that adopts prepay account freezing. The system calculates and deducts the service fee of the previous billing cycle. If your account balance is not enough, it goes negative and your account becomes overdue.
Note:
The overdue payment policy applies no matter whether the overdue payment is caused by the usage of GAAP.

An overdue payment alert is sent when your credit goes negative. Note that the alert is only sent once.
Repossession Mechanism
GAAP
When the account balance is sufficient, you can use the Global Accelerator service normally and be charged based on actual usage.
If your account is in arrears, a 2-hour grace period will be provided. If the account balance is not topped up to positive within 2 hours, your Global Application Acceleration Platform (GAAP) service will be stopped, and the instance will be changed to the isolation status with the configurations retained.
For GAAP instances, after isolation, related configuration information will be retained for 24 hours. If the account balance is not topped up to positive within 24 hours, the instance will be released. After the instance is released, related configurations and other data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Global Accelerator 2.0
When the account balance is sufficient, you can use the Global Accelerator service normally and be charged based on actual usage.
If your account is in arrears, a 24-hour grace period will be provided. If the account balance is not topped up to positive within 24 hours, your Global Applicator service will be stopped, and the instance will be changed to the isolation status with the configurations retained.
For Global Accelerator 2.0 instances, after isolation, related configuration information will be retained for seven days. If the account balance is not topped up to positive within seven days, the instance will be released. After the instance is released, related configurations and other data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Topping Up the Arrears
During the period of arrears, you can re-enable the Global Accelerator service in the console as long as you top up the arrears.
