CLS supports visualized chart statistics for search and analysis results, enabling users to save these statistical charts to the dashboard for continuous monitoring and review. Additionally, the dashboard provides an entry point for creating statistical charts, supporting the creation of both simple charts and custom charts.
Operation Steps
Adding Charts from Search and Analysis
Note:
This method requires generating chart content by searching data. For details, see Log Analysis. 3. Select Statistical Chart, and then click Add to Dashboard.
4. In the pop-up window, enter relevant information and click OK.

Chart Name | The name of the chart. You can enter up to 255 characters. |
Target Dashboard | The dashboard to which the chart will be added. You can add the chart to an existing dashboard or choose to create a new one and add the chart to it. |
Dashboard | The name of the dashboard. You can enter up to 255 characters. |
Folder | Select the folder to which the dashboard belongs. This configuration is only required when a new dashboard is created. |
Adding Charts from the Dashboard
2. In the left sidebar, choose Dashboard > Dashboard List.
3. Select the target dashboard to go to its view page, click Edit, and then enter the edit page.
4. Click Add Chart, and then select to create a Custom Chart or a Simple Chart.
Custom Chart: If you create a chart by using a custom search and analysis statement, all statistical analysis features are supported.
Select a data source, and then enter a query statement or configure it.
Data Source Selection: Select Log Topic as the type.
Data Source Selection: Select Metric Topic as the type.
Data Source Selection: Select Cloud Product Monitoring as the type.
Query Configuration: Select the cloud product type, cloud product instance, and metric name to complete the metric query.
Simple Chart:

Selected field | Displays a list of fields from the current log topic. You can click on a field or drag and drop it directly into the condition input box on the right. |
Metric | A metric is a parameter that measures a specific characteristic of an object, typically a numeric-type field. You can drag a field from the left panel or click the "+" button to select one from a dropdown menu. After a field is added, click the settings icon next to it to modify its aggregation method. The system uses "Average" by default. |
Level | Defines the perspective for analyzing metrics, typically represented as string-type fields that describe various attributes. You can drag fields from the left panel or add them by clicking the "+" button to select from a dropdown menu. |
Filter | Filters data based on specified attributes. You can drag a field from the left panel or click the "+" button to select one from a dropdown menu. After a field is added, click the settings icon next to it to modify its filtering method. The system uses "Field Exists" by default. |
Sort | Sorts statistical results. Sorting is only supported based on condition fields; other non-condition fields are not available. It is recommended to click the "+" button to select a field from a dropdown menu. After a field is added, click the settings icon next to it to modify the sorting method. The system uses "Ascending" by default. |
Row limit. | Limits the number of statistical results displayed. After the row limit is set, the specified number of results will be displayed in the defined sort order. The row limit value ranges from 1 - 1000, and the system uses 1000 by default. |
5. Check whether the data configuration meets the requirements. The system will automatically populate the data based on the chart data structure requirements. If the data types do not match, manually adjust the data configuration through Data Conversion. For details, see Data Conversion. 6. Click Apply to Dashboard.
Other Operations for Charts
The following quick actions are supported for an added chart:
Drag to Resize Chart: Press and hold the arrow icon in the lower-right corner of the chart, and then drag to resize the chart.
Edit Chart: Click to go to the chart editing page.
View in Search and Analysis: Click to navigate to the Search and Analysis page and enable statistical analysis for the chart.
Add to Monitoring and Alarm: Add the query and analysis statement of the chart to the alarm policy configuration.
Full-Screen Display: Display the statistical chart in full screen.
