Consumption Topic Dimension

Monitoring Metric

Consumption logs (count): number of logs
Consumption Traffic: consumption traffic of the log topic.
Note:
If you enable two consumption groups simultaneously, the consumption traffic is the sum of the two, and likewise for the consumption count.
You may select the time interval for monitoring data above the chart.

Configuration of Alarms

Note:
To use Alarm, you need to toggle on the service log switch and have read/write permissions for cls_service_log.
You can click the alarm icon in the upper right corner of the chart

to configure alarms for the number of entries in consumption logs. For details, see Configure Alarm Policy.

Consumer Group Dimension

Monitoring Metric

Consumer Group Granularity: Select the consumer group you want to monitor.
Consumption Delay (seconds): The overall delay time for a consumption group.
Partition Granularity: After selecting the consumer group, further select the partition.
Consumption Delay (seconds): Delay time for a single partition.
Note:
Latest log timestamp: The timestamp of the latest log reaching CLS.
Recent log timestamp: The timestamp of the latest log consumed by the client.

Configuration Alarms

You can click the alarm icon in the upper right corner of the chart

to configure alarms for consumption delay. For details, see Configure Alarm Policy.

Consumption Topic Dimension

Monitoring Metric

topic consume flow: The traffic of log consumption.
topic consume count: The number of log messages consumed.
topic consume throttel: Throttling may be triggered when single partition traffic exceeds 5M/S.
Note:
If you enable two consumer groups simultaneously, the consumption traffic is the sum of the two, and likewise for the number of consumed messages.

Configuration Alarms

Click the

button in the topic consume throttel monitoring chart to configure alarms for Topic Consumption Throttling Count. For detailed configuration information, see Create Alarm Policy.
Enter alarm policy name
Select log topic ID

Consumer Group Dimension

Monitoring Metric

Consumer Group Granularity:
Consumer Group Unconsumed Message Count: The number of log messages that the specified consumer group has not consumed.
Topic consumption rate: The consumption rate of the specified consumer group for the log topic, measured in messages per minute.
Partition Granularity: After selecting the consumer group, further select the partition.
Partition unconsumed message count: The number of log messages that remain unconsumed within the specified partition.
Partition consumption rate: The consumption rate of log messages within the specified partition, measured in messages per minute.

Configuring Alarm

Click the alarm icon in the unconsumed message group count monitoring chart

, navigate to the observability platform webpage, where you can configure the threshold for unconsumed message count and set up alarms. For detailed configuration information, see Create Alarm Policy.
Click the alarm icon in the number of unread messages in partition monitoring chart

, go to the observability platform webpage, where you can configure the threshold for unconsumed message count and set up alarms. For detailed configuration information, see Creating Alarm Policy.
