Historically, we have maintained pricing significantly below the industry average. However, due to the rising costs of global infrastructure, including data centers and network bandwidth, we are adjusting the pricing for Chat/Call/Conference/Live Out-of-plan Excess Monthly Active Users (MAU) to ensure we can continue delivering the high-quality service you rely on.
Effective April 1, 2026 at 00:00 (UTC+8) , the price for Chat/Call/Conference/Live Out-of-plan Excess MAU will be adjusted from $0.015/user/month to $0.05/user/month.
Please note:
● This adjustment applies only to the Excess MAU portion (usage outside of your package bundles).
● Monthly Package prices and other billing items remain unchanged. You can visit the Billing Center to review your current usage and billing details.
● Special Note: If you have specific pricing agreements with your account manager, the agreed terms shall prevail. Please contact your account manager for details.
