When an end customer activates a postpaid product with a freezing coefficient, a certain credit limit will be frozen. Resellers can check the total credit frozen for all their direct and indirect end customers on the Customer Credit Freeze page. The frozen credit limit refers to the credit that has not been deducted but cannot be used by end customers temporarily.

2. Select Customer > Customer Credit Freezing in the left sidebar. You can perform a precise query based on an end customer's account ID to query frozen credits. If the end customer is a customer of a second-level reseller, you can view the manager UIN, which is the second-level reseller's account ID.
