Empty Recycle Bin

Description

Empty the recycle bin.
Note:
Required permissions: admin, space_admin, or delete_recycled. For details on permissions, see Generate Access Token Interface.
When the interface for emptying the recycle bin is called, files in the recycle bin will first become invisible within the recycle bin, and the deletion and space release operations will be performed asynchronously.

User identity recognition. When the permission corresponding to the access token is administrator permission and the user identity recognition when applying for the access token is empty, it is used to temporarily specify user identity. For details, see Generate Access Token API
