Domain Transfer-Out Rules
In accordance with the regulations set forth by the ICNAA and CNNIC, if you want to transfer a domain name registered with Tencent Cloud to another registrar for hosting, the domain name must meet the following requirements before it can be transferred:

The domain must meet all of the following requirements before it can be transferred.
To ensure domain name security, quick transfer-out is not supported.
Requirement | Description |
There must be at least 15 days of validity left on the domain name.(This requirement only applies to .cn,  *.cn, .wang
, and .top.) | If the validity left on the domain name is less than 15 days, renew it before transferring it out. |
There is no overdue payment on the domain name. | Please pay off all fees before transferring the domain name out. |
The domain name must have been registered for at least 60 days. | Please wait until the domain name meets this requirement before transferring it out. |
There is no dispute about the domain name entity information. | - |
The domain name is not in the judicial, arbitration, or dispute settlement process. | - |
The domain name has been transferred to Tencent Cloud for at least 60 days. | Please wait until the domain name meets this requirement before transferring it out. |
The domain name is not in the renewal grace period. | If the domain name is in the renewal grace period, renew it before transferring it out. |
The domain name is not in the redemption period. | If the domain name is in the redemption period, redeem it before transferring it out. |
The domain name is not in the deletion or pending-deletion period. | - |
The domain name is not in the serverTransferProhibited status. | - |
The domain name is not in the 60-day inter-registrar transfer lock period after its information is changed. | Please wait until the domain name meets this requirement before transferring it out. |
It has been at least 45 days since the domain name was renewed/redeemed. | Please wait until the domain name meets this requirement before transferring it out. Otherwise, the domain name validity will not be normally extended by one year. |
The transfer prohibition lock is not enabled for the domain name. | If the transfer prohibition lock is enabled, disable it before transferring the domain name out. |
The update prohibition lock is not enabled for the domain name. | If the update prohibition lock is enabled, disable it before transferring the domain name out. |
The domain name is not banned due to violations of regulations. | The domain is in a Serverhold or Clienthold status. |
The domain name is not being transferred. | If the domain name is being transferred, wait for the transfer to finish first. |
