If you are a customer of a Tencent Cloud partner, the rules regarding resources when there are overdue payments are subject to the agreement between you and the partner.
Service Suspension Due to Overdue Payments
When your Tencent Cloud account has overdue payments, you will be notified of this by email or SMS. Given factors such as holidays, a 7-day grace period will be granted, and if you fail to make the payments within this period, the HTTPDNS service will be suspended on the 8th day.
Service Resumption
After the HTTPDNS service is suspended, your account ID and configuration information will be kept for 6 months, during which you can resume the service at any time.
