Domain name for API request: postgres.tencentcloudapi.com.
This API is used to create an RO group.
A maximum of 100 requests can be initiated per second for this API.
The following request parameter list only provides API request parameters and some common parameters. For the complete common parameter list, see Common Request Parameters.

| ReplayLatencyEliminate | No | Integer | Whether to remove a read-only replica from an RO group if the sync log size difference between the read-only replica and the primary instance exceeds the threshold. Valid values: 0 (no), 1 (yes). |
