Feature Overview

The GetSyncConvert API is used to obtain the synchronous transcoding results of media files, and is suitable for processing Live Photos and GIFs to enhance their compatibility.

Usage Instructions

This API uses synchronous mode. For asynchronous mode, please see Task Interface > Transcoding Task.

Limitations

Supported formats: Currently, this interface only supports processing files in GIF and Live Photos formats.
GIF animation size limit: The size of original image cannot exceed 40MB and total pixels not exceeding 300 million pixels.
Live Photos size limit: The size of the original image cannot exceed 20MB, and the total duration cannot exceed 4 seconds.

Width of the transcoding result. Value range: [0,4096]. Default is 0.

Height of the transcoding result. Value range: [0,4096]. Default is 0. When both width and height are 0, the video's aspect ratio is used. If one value is 0, the other value is automatically adapted according to the video's aspect ratio.

Transcoding format, currently only supports mp4.
