The Tencent Cloud Mini Program Platform (TCMPP) has officially been renamed to Tencent Cloud Super App as a Service (TCSAS) as of January 2, 2025 (UTC +8).
Reason
Before 2025, our product primarily focused on providing customers with capabilities for mini program development and lifecycle management. Now, we aim to offer a broader range of services, including but not limited to payment integration, gaming, short dramas, local lifestyle services, and more. The new name, "Super App as a Service," better represents our broader service offerings.
Impact
This name change impacts both the product console and the development tools. Only the product name is changed; no product features or existing features are affected.
