You can manage tags and resources in the Tag console or using tag APIs.
Tag Console - Resource Tag
On the Resource Tag page, you can view the tags bound to a resource as well as bind tags to and unbind tags from resources. Specifically, you can: Query resources by region, resource type, tag, and project
Perform fuzzy searches by tag key or value
View the total number of tags bound to a resource
Edit resources in batches
Export resource data as needed
Tag Console - Tag List
On the Tag List page, you can view the resources a tag is bound to as well as bind tags to and unbind tags from resources. Specifically, you can: Create and delete tags in batches

Tag APIs
In addition to the visible console, you can also use tag APIs to perform CRUD operations on tags as well as bind tags to and unbind tags from resources. You can search for tag APIs in API Category and use them in your application. You can also use API Explorer to call tag APIs online and generate SDKs in multiple languages.
