What are the models of quantum computing?

Quantum computing models primarily include gate-based quantum computing and quantum annealing.

Gate-based quantum computing is similar to classical computing in that it uses logic gates to perform operations on qubits. However, quantum gates operate on quantum bits or qubits, which can be in superposition and entangled states, allowing for parallel computation and potentially exponential speedup for certain problems.
