During the real-name authentication process of my Tencent Cloud account, I get a message saying that the authentication information has been verified for 3 accounts. What should I do?

This message indicates that the real-name authentication information you provided (such as ID number or business license) has already been used to verify three other Tencent Cloud accounts. According to Tencent Cloud's policy, one set of real-name authentication information can only be associated with up to five accounts. To resolve this issue:

  1. Check Existing Accounts: Log in to the Tencent Cloud console and check if you have previously registered other accounts using the same authentication information. If you find unused or redundant accounts, you can consider merging or deleting them.

  2. Contact Support: If you cannot identify the other three accounts or need assistance, contact Tencent Cloud customer support. Provide them with your identity verification details (such as ID number or business license number) so they can help you locate the associated accounts and guide you on how to proceed.

  3. Use Alternative Information: If you have another valid ID or business license, you can try using that information for the current account's real-name authentication. However, ensure the new information is accurate and legally valid.

Example: Suppose you used your personal ID card to authenticate three accounts in the past. Now, when you try to authenticate a fourth account with the same ID card, you receive this message. You should log in to your existing accounts, check their status, and decide whether to keep or remove them. If necessary, contact support with your ID details for further assistance.

For account management and security, Tencent Cloud provides services like Account and Identity Management to help users securely manage multiple accounts and authentication information.
