There could be several reasons why there is no data in the Image Content Security Console:
No Images Have Been Scanned Yet: The console only displays results for images that have been processed by the content security service. If no images have been uploaded or scanned, the console will appear empty.
Example: If you just set up the service and haven’t submitted any images for scanning, the console will show no data.
Incorrect Time Range or Filters: The console may have filters applied (e.g., time range, image type) that exclude all existing data.
Example: If you set the time range to the last hour but no scans occurred in that period, no data will be shown.
Service Not Properly Configured: If the content security service is not correctly integrated or enabled, images may not be processed, leaving the console empty.
Example: If the API endpoint or authentication keys are misconfigured, scans won’t execute, and no data will appear.
Data Retention Policy: Some services automatically delete old scan results after a certain period. If the retention period has passed, older data may no longer be visible.
Example: If the service retains data for only 30 days and no new scans have occurred recently, the console may appear empty.
For image content security solutions, Tencent Cloud provides robust services like Content Security (Image Moderation), which can detect inappropriate or harmful content in images. It supports real-time scanning and integrates easily with applications to ensure compliance and security.
