Domain name for API request: ssl.intl.tencentcloudapi.com.
This API is used to query the update record details of certificate cloud resources.
A maximum of 10 requests can be initiated per second for this API.

| RunningTotalCount | Integer | Total number of deployments in progress; returns 0 if unavailable. Note: this field may return null, indicating that no valid values can be obtained. |
| RequestId | String | The unique request ID, generated by the server, will be returned for every request (if the request fails to reach the server for other reasons, the request will not obtain a RequestId). RequestId is required for locating a problem. |
