This API is used to import the specified key pair.
A maximum of 10 requests can be initiated per second for this API.

| InvalidParameterValue.DuplicateParameterValue | The parameter KeyName already exists and is duplicate. |
| InvalidParameterValue.InvalidKeyPairNameEmpty | Invalid parametric value. |
| InvalidParameterValue.InvalidKeyPairNameTooLong | The parameter length is invalid. |
| InvalidParameterValue.KeyPairPublicKeyDuplicated | The public key of this key pair already exists in the system and cannot be reused. |
| InvalidParameterValue.KeyPairPublicKeyMalformed | The format of the specified public key is incorrect. |
| LimitExceeded.KeyPairLimitExceeded | The key pair quota is exceeded. |
| UnauthorizedOperation.NoPermission | No permission. |
