To restrict access to DMC to specified IP addresses, you can add designated IP addresses via Security Management and enableAccess Source IP Allowlist Restriction to enhance the security of the DMC network environment. Security Management also supports modifying and deleting previously added IP addresses.
Prerequisites
The IP address to be added for access has been obtained.
The operating user should hold the DMC administrator role.
Directions
1. Log in to the DMC console.
2. In the top menu bar, select System Management > Security Management.
3. At the top of the page, click Add IP/IP Range.
4. In the pop-up dialog box, enter the access IP and click OK.
5. At the top-right corner of the page, toggle on the Enable IP Allowlist switch.
Note:
If the Enable IP Allowlist is not enabled, adding access IP addresses will not restrict access to DMC based on IP addresses.
Related Operations
Modify Access IP: When the access IP changes, click Edit in the operation column corresponding to the access IP.
Delete Access IP: When an added access IP is no longer required for accessing DMC, click Delete in the operation column corresponding to the access IP.
