How Is the Cloud Drive for Enterprise Billed?

How Is Traffic Charged?

Enterprise Cloud Drive charges for public network downstream traffic exceeding the free quota. You can purchase traffic resource packages in advance to offset the charges. For pricing and purchase of resource packages, see the Purchase Guide > Resource Package documentation.

What Is the Allowance for Free Traffic?

quota for free traffic = 10GB/person/month × number of licenses × validity period of the cloud drive

How to Request a Refund for a Resource Package?

If the refund requirements are met, you can apply for a refund for the resource package. For details, see the Resource Package Refund documentation.

Can Accidentally Deleted Data Be Recovered?

Files that have been permanently deleted cannot be recovered. You can enable the feature for file version history to preserve multiple versions of files and promptly restore files from the Recycle Bin before their expiration.

Enterprise Cloud Drive Is Available on Mobile

Currently, the mobile App is not supported. You can access the Enterprise Cloud Drive via a mobile browser.

What Formats Are Supported for Online Previewing or Editing in the Enterprise Cloud Drive

Enterprise Cloud Drive supports online preview for dozens of file formats such as pptx, docx, xlsx, pdf, htm, jpg, mp3, mp4, and online editing for formats such as pptx, ppt, doc, docx, xls, xlsx. For details, see Specifications and Limitations.

Account and Login

How to Access the Enterprise Cloud Drive

The universal login address for Enterprise Cloud Drive: https://intl.pan.tencent.com. You can also bind a custom domain name in the management center of Enterprise Cloud Drive and use it to log in.
If you purchased the Enterprise Cloud Drive on its purchase page, a super admin account has been bound to it. You can directly use that mobile number to verify and log in to the Enterprise Cloud Drive.

How to Modify the Super Administrator's Mobile Number or Replace the Super Administrator

Prerequisite: The user to become the new super administrator is also within the same enterprise.
1. Go to the Disk Management page in the Enterprise Cloud Drive Console.
2. Click the Edit button next to the column for the super administrator account, enter the new mobile number you want to bind in the pop-up window, receive and fill in the Captcha, then click Confirm to bind the super administrator account to the new mobile number.
3. After the change, the original super admin account will become a regular user.

How to Exchange Phone Numbers Between Users Within the Same Enterprise? User A has phone number a, and User B has phone number b. They wish to achieve a phone number exchange

Prerequisite: Prepare a mobile number c that is not within the same enterprise.
1. User A first changes the phone number to c in the Enterprise Cloud Drive.
2. User B then modifies the phone number to a in the Enterprise Cloud Drive.
3. User A changes the mobile number to b in the Enterprise Cloud Drive.

Where Can the PC Client for Enterprise Cloud Drive Be Downloaded?

Log in to the Enterprise Cloud Drive web client, click the icon for downloading the client in the upper right corner, then you can select the desired PC client to download.




User Management

Is the Storage Capacity Shared by the Entire Enterprise or Does Each Person Have a Limited Quota?

The storage capacity of the Enterprise Cloud Drive you purchased will be shared by all members of the enterprise. Additionally, the administrator can allocate specific storage quotas to designated members for exclusive use.

Do Historical Versions of Enterprise Cloud Drive Occupy Storage Space?

Enterprise Cloud Drive historical versions occupy storage space. Users can manually delete historical file versions; meanwhile, administrators can set the maximum number of historical versions and configure the expiration period for automatic deletion of historical versions in the management console.

Whether Selecting Multiple Files or Folders to Share via External Links Is Supported

Supported.

How to Add Enterprise Users to the Enterprise Cloud Drive

You can go to the Management Center > User Management page of the Enterprise Cloud Drive, click New User to add users individually, or click Batch Import to download the user information template. After filling in the user nicknames, mobile numbers, personal space allocations, assigned teams, and other information, upload the spreadsheet and click Import to complete user import and team creation in bulk.

How to Set an Administrator

Only the super administrator can set and modify the administrator identity of users. Go to the Management Center > User Management page of the Enterprise Cloud Drive, select the user to be set, click Manage in the Operation menu, change the user identity to System Administrator, then click OK to save.

What is the difference between a super administrator and a system administrator?

The super administrator and system administrator differ in terms of account generation and permissions for member management. Regarding account generation, the user who purchases the Enterprise Cloud Drive becomes the super administrator of the enterprise, and each enterprise has one and only one such account; the system administrator role is granted by the super administrator. In terms of permissions for member management, both can create, modify, and delete any ordinary members, while the super administrator additionally holds management permissions over system administrators. For details, see the User Manual.

How to Modify User Information

The super administrator and system administrator can go to the Management Center > User Management page of the Enterprise Cloud Drive, select the user to be configured, click Manage in the Operation menu to modify the user's nickname and remarks. Users can also choose Profile Photo > Personal Settings to modify their nickname, profile photo, and bound mobile number or email address on their own.

How to Create a Team

Super administrators and system administrators can go to the Management Center > Team Management page of the Enterprise Cloud Drive and click New Team to create a team. If the members you wish to include in the team have not yet joined the Enterprise Cloud Drive, you can go to User Management > Batch Import, download the user information template, fill in the team details in the spreadsheet, and simultaneously complete user import and team creation.

How to Add Users to a Team

Super administrators and system administrators can go to the Management Center > Team Management page of the Enterprise Cloud Drive, select the target team, click Update Team Members, choose the users to be added and assign their permissions within the team, then click OK to complete the addition.

Does It Support Team Administrators?

The Enterprise Cloud Drive supports the team administrator feature. Super administrators and system administrators can go to the Management Center > Team Management page of the Enterprise Cloud Drive, select the target team, choose a user already in the team, and change their role to team administrator. Team administrators can view and modify any file content and permissions in the enterprise space of the managed team.

How Do I Set User Permissions?

Super administrators, system administrators, and team administrators can go to the Management Center > Team Management page of the Enterprise Cloud Drive, select the target team, and assign specific permissions to designated users within the team. Owners of collaboration groups can select a group, open the side panel on the right, choose Member Management, and modify user permissions within the group. Ordinary members can set file permissions for recipients when sharing files, and may also adjust these permissions anytime in the Shared Management section of the right-hand side panel.

Does It Support Offboarding Transfer?

The Enterprise Cloud Drive supports the offboarding transfer feature. When an employee leaves the company, super administrators and system administrators can go to the Management Center > User Management page, select the corresponding user and click Delete. Then, choose Data Transfer in the pop-up window, select the data to be transferred and the member to receive it, to complete the data transfer for offboarding.

File Sharing and Sharing

What Is the Difference Between Sharing and Sharing?

In the Enterprise Cloud Drive, "shared" typically refers to making files accessible to other users within the enterprise while granting them file permissions, whereas "shared via external links" generally means sharing files with any user inside or outside the enterprise by creating secure external links.

Can a folder create an external link for sharing?

Folders can create external links for sharing.

How to create sharing links for multiple files at once?

You can batch select files, then right-click and choose the Share button to share them.

Can an Expired External Link Be Shared Again?

After the external link expires, you need to go to the Secure External Links page, select the corresponding link, click View Link, then update the validity period to continue sharing.

Will Previewing or Downloading Files via External Links Consume the Traffic of the Cloud Drive?

Previewing or downloading files via external links will incur downstream traffic on the public network for the cloud drive.

Can existing external links still be accessed after the administrator disables the external link feature?

After the administrator disables the external link feature for the enterprise in the Management Center, all existing external links will become invalid and no longer accessible externally.

To share files with users from other teams

Select the files to be shared, right-click and choose Add Shared Members, select the target team or team members from the list, set their file permissions, then click Confirm to complete the sharing.

File Upload

Regular Upload

1. Click Upload in the folder list, select Upload Folder or Upload File, and a file selection window will pop up.
2. Select the files you need and click Upload to upload them.
3. You can view the upload progress in the Transfer List.

Drag-and-Drop Upload

1. Select the file(s) or folder(s) you need to upload.
2. Drag and drop to the target file list where you wish to upload to start uploading.

Sync Upload

File transfer also supports enabling the capability of the sync drive on the PC client-side cloud drive to achieve uploads of batch files.

File management

What Is the Maximum Retention Period for Files in the Accidental Deletion Recovery/Recycle Bin?

Data of the Public Cloud can be retained for up to 90 days. After 90 days, it will be automatically deleted.

Do Files in the Recovery of Accidentally Deleted Items / Recycle Bin Occupy Storage Space?

It consumes storage space of the enterprise. If you confirm the data is no longer needed, please manually clear it.
