Feature Introduction

This feature uses AI algorithms to conduct in-depth analysis of correlations between exception metrics and multi-dimensional data, including system metrics and events, enabling precise identification of key influencing factors and providing the root cause or impact range of exceptions. It generates visual analysis results and interpretability reports with quantifiable correlation degree scores, assisting users in understanding high-probability impact points of exception issues, thereby enabling rapid troubleshooting and locating the root cause.
Note:
1. The correlation analysis is an allowlist feature. If you need this feature, submit a ticket to request activation.
2. Output of the real-time analysis report takes 5-30 minutes.

Operation Steps

1. Log in to EMR TCInsight > Exception Center, select TCInsight > Exception Center in the left sidebar on the console, and go to the Health Inspection page.
2. On the Health Inspection page, click the correlation analysis button in the health score feature bar, select the main analysis item metrics, related tag information, and correlation analysis dimensions to perform correlation analysis and obtain the analysis report.
3. In the health score trend chart, you can click the correlation analysis items to view details of the current analysis content.
