To ensure that you can smoothly obtain relevant cloud resources when using Tencent Cloud Smart Advisor (TSA), you need to grant TSA the permissions to access specific services in various scenarios. These scenarios usually involve different roles and their preset policies, especially the Advisor_QCSLinkedRoleInBusinessContinuity role and the QcloudAccessForAdvisorLinkedRoleInBusinessContinuity preset policy. Permission Description
After you activate TSA, Tencent Cloud will grant your account the permissions of the Advisor_QCSLinkedRoleInBusinessContinuity role. By default, this service role is associated with the QcloudAccessForAdvisorLinkedRoleInBusinessContinuity preset policy, authorizing TSA to access Tencent Cloud resources under your account, such as Cloud Virtual Machine (CVM), Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), and TencentDB.

Authorization Scenario
When you log in to the TSA console for the first time after registering and logging in with a Tencent Cloud account, you need to go to the Cloud Access Management page to authorize TSA to access cloud resources such as CVM, VPC, and TencentDB under the account. Authorization Method
1. Log in to the TSA console. On the right side of the displayed page, select Agree to authorize the creation of a service role and click Activate Now.
2. On the Service Authorization page, you can view the authorization details.
