Scenarios
Tencent Cloud Smart Advisor (TSA) provides you with a convenient report subscription service. The following three types of reports can be subscribed to and directly sent to the specified email address.
Description of report types:
Risk assessment report: provides a comprehensive assessment of the risks associated with cloud resources under a specific account.
Architecture risk governance report: provides an in-depth assessment of the resource risks and change trends within a specific architecture.
Architecture workload report: provides an assessment of the performance and workload pressure of resources within a specific architecture.
The following section provides a guide on how to manage report subscriptions in the TSA console, including operations such as creating, enabling/disabling, modifying, and deleting a subscription.
Operation Steps
Creating a Subscription
You can subscribe to reports by using one of the following methods:
Method 1: Subscribing to Reports on the Architecture Governance Page
If the current architecture diagram is associated with an instance, click Subscribe in the upper-right corner of the page.
Switch to the Cloud Risk Assessment plugin, choose Governance Progress > Custom Topics, and select the risk topics for which you want to subscribe to reports.
Method 2: Subscribing to Reports on the Subscription Center Page
2. On the Report Subscription tab, click Create Subscription.
3. In the Configure Subscription step, the subscription information is configured by default. You can select report types and adjust the subscription configuration based on your requirements. Then, click Next.
4. In the Select Recipient step, if no recipient email has been added in Email Management, you can click Add Recipient.
5. In the Add Email dialog box, enter the recipient information and click Submit.
6. In the Select Recipient step, select the recipients and CC recipients for the subscribed reports and enter the subscription subject.
7. Click OK.
Enabling/Disabling a Subscription
Navigate to Subscription Center > Report Subscription. On this tab, you can toggle the Enabled status of a created subscription to enable or disable the subscription.
Modifying a Subscription
1. Navigate to Subscription Center > Report Subscription. On this tab, select the subscription that you want to modify and click Edit in the Operation column.
2. In the Edit Subscription dialog box, update the parameters of the subscription based on your requirements.
3. After editing the parameters, click OK to save changes.
Deleting a Subscription
1. Navigate to Subscription Center > Report Subscription. On this tab, select the subscription that you want to delete and click Delete in the Operation column.
2. In the displayed dialog box, click Delete.
Note:
If a subscription is deleted, the subscription service will be disabled, and all subscription records will be cleared and cannot be recovered.
