What Are Governance Topics?
Governance topics are provided by Cloud Risk Assessment Agent for aggregating risk instance lists under specific topics, and can push generated topic subscriptions to user emails. The risk scope covers a series of risks identified during architecture assessment on the current architecture diagram.
What Are Typical Scenarios of Governance Topics?
Scenario 1: If the architecture diagram contains a large number of nodes and resources, involving different products and multiple types of risks, you need to aggregate data on demand by using flexible topics in addition to viewing nodes one by one and performing combined searches from various dimensions or assigning governance actions.
Scenario 2: If a large number of instances and risks are present in the architecture assessment report and account-wide resource assessment report, you need to aggregate and subscribe to the risks that users have followed.
How to Use a Governance Topic?
Currently, the following two methods can be used to use a governance topic:
Method 1
Open the architecture diagram and access Cloud Risk Assessment. Cloud Risk Assessment Agent summarizes the followed risks and generates a governance topic. As shown in the figure below: Method 2
Open the architecture diagram, access Cloud Risk Assessment, go to the Custom Topics tab page in the Governance Progress panel, and use a governance topic. As shown in the figure below: What Does a Governance Topic Include?
A typical governance topic analyzed and generated by Cloud Risk Assessment Agent usually includes the following content:
1. Topic title and description generated by Cloud Risk Assessment Agent based on the user-input prompt
2. Risk instances related to the topic
3. Detailed topic report content
