Viewing Current Progress
In the Current Progress panel, you can view the overall progress of risk governance under your account. This includes the current completion progress, pending risk items and the quantity change compared to last cycle, and processing risk items and the quantity change compared to last cycle.
Data description:
Risk items added to governance: risk items in the Processing, Resolved, and Held statuses.
Resolved risk items: risk items in the Resolved status.
Completion progress: (Resolved risk items/Risk items added to governance) x 100%
Pending risk items: risk items that are recommended by the system or the after-sales team for your attention but have not been accepted, rejected, or held.
Processing risk items: risk items in the Processing status.
Note:
If you choose to reject a risk, the rejected risk item will not be counted in the number of risk items added to governance.
Viewing Historical Risk Overview
In the Historical Progress panel, you can view the risk governance history under your account. This includes the statistical counts of risk items in the Resolved, Held, and Rejected statuses for the following time ranges: last 30 days, last 60 days, last 90 days, last 6 months, and last 1 year. You can also view the average risk processing duration for the corresponding time period.
Data description:
Average risk processing duration: average number of days from the day when a risk item added to governance is accepted to the day when the risk item is resolved within the specified time range.
Note:
If you choose to hold a risk, the duration for which the risk is in the Held status is not included in the calculation of the average processing duration.
Viewing the Risk Governance List
In the Historical Progress panel, you can view the list of risk items added to risk governance under your account. There are 2 tabs: Current Risks and Risk History. You can search in the search box by the cloud product, risk item, or current status.
Current Risks:
The list displays currently active risk items, including those in the Pending or Processing status.
Risk History:
The list displays currently inactive risk items, including resolved risk items, rejected risk items, and held risk items.
