This API is used to create a spread placement group. After you create one, you can specify it for an instance when you create the instance,
A maximum of 10 requests can be initiated per second for this API.

| ClientToken | No | String | A string used to ensure the idempotency of the request, which is generated by the user and must be unique to each request. The maximum length is 64 ASCII characters. If this parameter is not specified, the idempotency of the request cannot be guaranteed. For more information, see 'How to ensure idempotency'. |
| Affinity | No | Integer | The affinity of the placement group. Instances in the placement group are distributed according to this affinity. The affinity value range is: 1-10, and defaults to 1. |
| TagSpecification.N | No | Array of TagSpecification | List of tag description. By specifying this parameter, the tag can be bound to the placement group. |

| RequestId | String | The unique request ID, generated by the server, will be returned for every request (if the request fails to reach the server for other reasons, the request will not obtain a RequestId). RequestId is required for locating a problem. |
