Metric description
Active users
Unique users visiting mini program pages (entering the mini program).
New users
Number of users who first visited the mini program page, with no duplicate counts for the same user visiting multiple times while active. A user is considered inactive if they haven't opened the program for 30 consecutive days.
Cumulative users
Unique users who launched the mini programs up to the last day of the selected period.
Number of shares
Taps on the share button or calls to the share API (including instances where sharing was not completed).
Number of opens
Number of mini program launches.
Average opens per user
Average number of times each user opened the mini program during the selected period, calculated as total opens during the period divided by total active users.
Average time spent per user
Average time spent on the mini program pages per user, calculated as total user stay duration during the period divided by total active users.
Average session duration (Average visit duration per session)
Average time spent on the mini program pages per session, from opening to exiting the mini program, calculated as total session duration divided by total opens.
Note:
SAS uses UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) for statistical data. Time differences will exist depending on the user's time zone. For example, if SAS calculates data at 00:00:00 UTC, and your time zone is UTC + 2, the data will be calculated at 02:00:00. Data is analyzed every half hour. When refreshing the data, the returned data is the most recent statistical data, not real-time data.
