Payment Analysis
This module provides statistical metrics related to transactions within the mini program, including transaction amounts, order counts, and user numbers.
Statistical dimensions and metrics
Dimensions
Dimensions | Dimension description |
Time | Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Custom (up to last 90 days). |

Metrics
Metrics | Metric description |
Users placed orders | Users who placed orders within the selected period. |
Total orders | Total orders created within the selected period (including unpaid and paid orders). |
Total order amount | Total order amount created within the selected period (including unpaid and completed payments). Unit: Displayed in the currency set by the superapp. |
Unpaid orders | Unpaid orders created within the selected period (including canceled and pending payment orders). |
Unpaid amount | Unpaid order amount within the selected period (including canceled and pending payment orders). Unit: Displayed in the currency set by the superapp. |
Paid orders | Paid orders created within the selected period. |
Amount paid | Total completed payments for orders in the selected period. Unit: Displayed in the currency set by the superapp. |
Refund orders | Refunded orders within the selected period. |
Refund amount | Refunded order amount within the selected period. Unit: Displayed in the currency set by the superapp. |
Note:
SAS uses UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) for statistical data. Time differences will exist depending on the user's time zone. For example, if SAS calculates data at 00:00:00 UTC, and your time zone is UTC + 2, the data will be calculated at 02:00:00. Data is analyzed every half hour. When refreshing the data, the returned data is the most recent statistical data, not real-time data.
