When sharing resources outside the Group Organization, the shared person needs to accept the shared invitation to use the shared resources normally.
Use Limits
Only when sharing resources outside the Group Organization, it is necessary to accept or refuse the resource sharing invitation. When sharing resources within the Group Organization, the system will automatically accept the shared invitation, and the shared person does not need to take any action.
Operation step
Accepting the shared invitation
1. Log in to the TCO console and select Resource Sharing > Share with Me from the left navigation bar. 2. Select the Shared group tab and choose Accept in the operation column of the list.
After acceptance, the resource user can access the resources in the shared unit, and any new resources added to the shared unit will be accepted by default.
Rejecting the shared invitation
1. Log in to the TCO console and select Resource Sharing > Share with Me from the left navigation bar. 2. Select the Shared group tab and choose Reject in the operation column of the list.
After rejection, the resource user will not be able to access the shared resources.
