You are being invited to join a organization. Please carefully verify whether you and the inviter belong to the same organization. You can access Tencent Cloud Organization – Basic Information to view the invitation record list and invitation details, the inviter’s account ID, inviter’s name, permission scope, invitation date, invitation status, and whether exiting from the tencent cloud organization is allowed.
Please note that you can only join one organization at a time, and the The organization admin can decide whether you are allowed to voluntarily exit the organization.
This invitation is valid for 15 days after being sent, and you can choose to accept or decline the invitation. If you choose to accept, you will be added to the corresponding Tencent Cloud Organization. If you choose to decline, you will not be added.
Once you accept the invitation, the organization admin will have corresponding financial management permissions over your Tencent Cloud account. Currently, five types of financial management permissions are available for the organization admin:
1. View the bills of your current account.
2. View the purchases of your current account.
3. Apply for invoices on behalf of your account.
4. Consolidated billing.
5. Carry over the discounts of the organization admin.
You are responsible for the consequences of choosing to join the tencent cloud organization. For actions taken by the organization admin within its scope of permissions, their corresponding legal effects and liabilities shall be borne by you. The operations performed by the organization admin on your Tencent Cloud account do not exempt you from the legal obligations under your account, nor do they exempt you, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, from your obligations under the Tencent Cloud Terms of Service and the related service rules.
