Notes
Terminate the engine instance promptly when no longer in use to avoid further charges.
After the engine is terminated/recycled, the data will be deleted and cannot be retrieved.
Due to potential changes in your actual resource consumption, there may be some discrepancies in the balance warning.
Arrears reminder
When your account balance becomes negative, we will notify the Tencent Cloud account creator, as well as the global resource collaborator and financial collaborator via email and SMS.
Arrears Handling
Starting from the moment when your account balance becomes negative, you can continue to use the service and billing continues for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the service will be suspended, and resource usage fees will still apply.
After the service stops, the system will handle the engine instance as follows:
|
| If your account balance is topped up to a positive value, billing will resume and you can restart the engine. If your account balance has not been topped up to a positive value, you cannot restart the engine. |
| If your account balance is not topped up to a positive value, the engine resources will be destroyed, all data will be purged, and cannot be recovered. When the engine is destroyed, we will notify the creator of the Tencent Cloud account and all collaborators via email and SMS. |
Note
After you receive an overdue payment notification, go to Billing Center in the console to top up your account to prevent any impact on your business. If you have any questions about your billing details, you can view and verify them on the Resource Bill page in the console. If you have questions about specific billable items, you can learn about the meaning and billing rules of billable items in Pricing. You can also set overdue payment alarms on your own through the balance alarm feature in Billing Center. For more information, see Balance Alert Instructions.
