Alert Policy
Arrears reminder
Your Tencent Cloud account has insufficient available balance to pay the bill or the available balance is negative, which is considered overdue. The system supports sending overdue alerts to users in payment overdue status via voice call, SMS, email, and Message Center. You need to enable message subscription in the console > Message Center and set the notification method and recipient (you can choose the "Expense Center" settings). Platform Monthly/Annual Subscription Services and Add-on Package Expiry Reminder
For Platform Monthly/Annual Subscription Services and Add-on Package, the system supports setting up upcoming expiration reminders before your resource expires. Notification methods include Message Center, SMS, and email. You need to enable message subscription in the console > Message Center and set the notification method and recipient (you can choose the "Expense Center" settings). Service Suspension Policy
Payment Overdue
If your Tencent Cloud account has insufficient available balance to pay bills or a negative available balance, the system will suspend the service for your account.
If the resource you have purchased has expired, the resource package will change to an isolated (service suspended) status. The expired resource will no longer be usable. Note that you need to pay close attention to this. To continue using it, repurchase or refer to Renewal (Package Subscription) to learn more. Resource Recycling Mechanism
After arrears suspension, your resources will be temporarily unavailable. After you top up to restore the account to normal status, you can continue to use them.
Note:
1. After account arrears, all business will suspend services, including subscription packages, prepaid resource packages, and exclusive concurrency packages will be temporarily out of service.
2. Platform Monthly/Annual Subscription Services and Exclusive Concurrency Packages support renewal, while Prepaid Resource Packages only support repurchase and do not support renewal.
