Feature Experience
Applicable Scenarios
Call Center Voice Quality Assurance
Cloud Infinite ASR service supports recognizing audio files in call center scenarios. By separating the voices of both parties during calls, it enables customer service rating/scoring, thereby enhancing the quality of telephone customer service.
Video Subtitles Generation
For audio files, it can generate a list of individual words and their corresponding timestamps, enabling convenient addition of subtitles to the corresponding video.
Conference Audio Recordings Transcription
Cloud Infinite ASR service can recognize Mandarin Chinese, English, and Cantonese, reducing the workload of meeting minutes for attendees and enhancing meeting efficiency. This is particularly valuable for large conferences where minute-taking becomes complex, especially during lengthy sessions with a large number of participants.
