Search is an essential feature in scenarios like customer service, social, online education, online medical consultation, and OA. It helps users quickly search for groups, users, and messages, enhancing product user experience and user stickiness.
Due to the particularity of Web Platform local storage and other reasons, React cannot achieve local search. To better meet the need for search capability, cloud search capability was introduced.
Cloud search supports global search and in-conversation search, as well as group search, user search, and message search.

Use Cases
Scenario 1: Global Search
Through search, users can globally search for ALL groups, users, and messages containing specified keywords. Users can click the search for results groups, users, and messages. As shown below:
Scenario 2: Search Within a Specified Session
Through the message search function, users can directly search for historical messages in specific conversations. Users can click the search for results historical messages to directly navigate to corresponding chat location, with the message highlighted. As shown below:
