Declaration by Partner
As part of the process to transfer our end customers to a designated transferee reseller partner (“Transferee”), we hereby declare that in accordance with applicable laws, we have notified our end customers and have obtained their consent to transfer all their records and customer data that are being held by us to the Transferee, so as to enable the Transferee to accept the transfer, use and process such end customers’ data for the purposes related to and in connection with the Transferee’s reselling of Tencent Cloud services.
Consequences of failure to obtain end customer consent
We shall indemnify Tencent from and against any and all third party claims, demands, suits, actions, judgments, damages, costs, losses and expenses arising out of any breach of this declaration.
