Number of Replicas

Primary/Secondary node: adopts the default architecture configuration of 3 storage nodes consisting of 1 primary node and 2 secondary nodes. Options of 5 nodes (1 primary node and 4 secondary nodes) and 7 nodes (1 primary node and 6 secondary nodes) are also available, but the number of replicas cannot be customized currently.
Read-only node: It is supported to configure secondary nodes as read-only nodes. Value range: [0, 5].

mongod Specifications

General Edition

Note:
The maximum number of connections for a 3-node replica set instance refers to the standard maximum number of connections corresponding to each specification. For single-node instances, the maximum number of connections per node can be increased up to the maximum allowable threshold.
