High-Throughput Cloud File Storage ‍(CFS) billing covers two parts: storage and throughput, both of which can be billed only in pay-as-you-go mode. This billing mode applies to all regions where High-Throughput CFS services are available. High-Throughput CFS charges you based on your storage usage ‍and bandwidth and bills you on an hourly basis.
