Pay-as-you-go instances can be released at any time, and billing will stop upon release.
Refund for Monthly-Subscribed Instances
Note:
Yearly/Monthly subscription instances cannot be self-terminated before expiration. To terminate an instance for a refund, submit a ticket to obtain assistance. Unconditional Full Refund Within Five Days
Refund Policy
This product complies with the Tencent Cloud Cloud Service Return Policy. If you are not satisfied after you purchase a registry instance, we support unconditional refund within five days. The specific rules are as follows: For each entity, within 5 days (inclusive) after the date of a new instance purchase, you can enjoy unconditional refund for 1 instance. The refund amount is the full amount spent at purchase, including cash account amount, earnings transferred to the account, and gift account balance.
Postpaid products switched to prepaid do not support unconditional full refund within five days.
In case of suspected abnormal or malicious returns, Tencent Cloud reserves the right to reject your return request.

The vouchers used during purchase cannot be returned. The non-voucher fees will be refunded to the payer's Tencent Cloud account based on the payment method (cash/free credit) and payment ratio.
Non-Full Refund
Prepaid cloud products failing to satisfy the unconditional full refund within five days policy, the refund rules are as follows:

Switch billing mode and refunded resources belonging to trigger a refund without repeated calculation.
The unit price and discount are subject to the system promotional offer.
For products purchased as part of an event, if the refund rules conflict with the event rules, the event rules shall prevail. If the event rules state that refunds are not supported, you are not able to apply for a refund.
Promotional reward channel orders do not support self-service refunds. Submit a ticket to initiate a refund application.

Refund Amount and Methods
Refund amount = amount paid for the order - cost of consumed resources
Calculation method: based on pay-as-you-go billing.
On the day the user initiates a refund, for full months used, deduct based on the annual and monthly subscription pricing and corresponding discount (matching the current system discount). For partially used months, deduct based on the pay-as-you-go price for the duration used.
Calculation formula: Used amount = Monthly subscription price × Full month of usage × Current Discount + Pay-as-you-go duration × Current unit price by quantity × Current Discount
