Log in to StreamLive Console, on the Channel Management page, click the name of a channel to enter the channel details page, and you can see the detailed information such as Preview, Alerts, Health, and Logs. Preview
For the input stream of a channel, if you want to quickly view whether the input stream is normal, you can use the Preview feature. When setting up the channel, you need to first enable the Thumbnail Configuration feature in the General Setting of the channel. Then, when the channel is running, you can view the I-frames of the input stream in the Preview module on the channel Information page. Alerts
If a problem occurs or is likely to occur in any pipeline of a channel, StreamLive will generate an alert for the channel. On the Alerts tab, the number of active alerts is clearly displayed using a red numeric icon. And detailed information is also provided in the alerts table.

Cleared time | Alarm elimination time. |
State | The state of an alert. When the alert state is SET, the Set time and State columns are highlighted in red. After an alert is cleared, its state changes to CLEARED, and the highlighting is removed. |

Health
The Health tab displays information about a channel’s inputs (bandwidth and input video/audio frame rate) and outputs (bandwidth), which help you determine whether the current channel is working properly. Data queries can only retrieve data from the past 7 days at most. The data granularity can be set to 5 seconds, 1 minute, or 5 minutes.

Select the Channel and Pipeline you want to query.
Output Group
Select the Pipeline and Output Group you want to query.
Logs
Logs provide users with Event Log information.
